This property was completely renovated during the first quarter of 2013. During the renovation process, all major components were replaced including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and roof. Everything was replaced from the slab up except for the wood frame. All units have central air, new appliances and their own stackable washer and dryer. Interior finishes include granite countertops, new appliances and crown molding among others. The tenants here enjoy either gated parking or covered parking and also have access to a dedicated bike storage room.
