This property was completely renovated and delivered to market in June of 2013. During the renovation process, all major components were replaced including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and roof. We worked with the existing framing but replaced literally everything else except the foundation and brick. All units have central air and their own stackable washer and dryer for our residents to enjoy. Interior finishes include granite countertops, new appliances and crown molding among others.
